Jujur4D Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the person accessing or using Jujur4D and the operator of the Jujur4D platform. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in a casino game, claiming a promotion, or otherwise using Jujur4D, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Funds, bonuses, and winnings associated with abusive duplicate accounts may be withheld while Jujur4D conducts a reasonable investigation.

Employees, contractors, service providers, game suppliers, and persons with access to confidential operational information may be restricted from participating in relevant Jujur4D markets or games where such participation could create an unfair advantage.

Registration, Information, and Account Security

All information supplied to Jujur4D must be accurate, complete, and current. This may include your legal name, date of birth, residential information, mobile number, email address, and payment details. Jujur4D may request supporting documents where information cannot be verified automatically or where additional checks are required.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not disclose your password, permit another person to use your account, or leave an authenticated session unattended. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to Jujur4D support promptly.

Jujur4D may temporarily restrict an account after repeated failed login attempts, suspicious payment activity, unusual device access, or other security indicators. Such restrictions are protective measures and may remain in place until appropriate verification has been completed.

Deposits, MYR Payments, and Player Funds

Deposits must be made from a payment account owned or lawfully controlled by the registered player. Depending on availability and account status, Jujur4D may support MYR transactions through FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or other displayed channels.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may differ by method. Jujur4D will display the applicable amount, currency, and known processing conditions before confirmation. Banks and payment providers may apply their own limits, service interruptions, or verification requirements outside the direct control of Jujur4D.

Jujur4D accounts are intended for gambling transactions, not as banking facilities. Deposited funds should be used for genuine betting or gaming activity. Jujur4D may review deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests where little or no gameplay has occurred.

Chargebacks, reversed payments, fraudulent deposits, or payment disputes made without reasonable grounds may result in account suspension and recovery of associated costs. Jujur4D may offset confirmed amounts owed against an available account balance where legally permissible.

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

A wager is accepted only when it appears as confirmed in the Jujur4D account history. Selecting an EPL fixture, Liga Super Malaysia market, UFC event, live football option, slot game, or live casino table does not by itself constitute acceptance. Players must review the stake, odds, market, selection, and potential return before confirming.

Odds and market availability may change before acceptance. Obvious pricing errors, incorrect team or participant details, technical duplicate bets, and settlements based on demonstrably incorrect results may be corrected by Jujur4D. Where practicable, an affected wager will be voided and the valid stake returned.

Sports markets are settled using the official result and the rules shown for the relevant market. Abandoned, postponed, interrupted, or rescheduled events may be voided or remain valid according to the applicable event rule. Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant game system or live table result.

Jujur4D does not guarantee that any wager will win. RTP, historical results, betting trends, and displayed statistics are informational and do not predict future outcomes. Players remain solely responsible for the stakes they choose to place.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Jujur4D promotions are governed by these general terms and any specific conditions shown with the relevant offer. Specific conditions may include eligibility criteria, minimum deposits, wagering or rollover requirements, qualifying games, game contribution percentages, maximum bonus bets, expiry dates, and maximum cash-out limits.

For example, a RM100 bonus subject to a 15-times wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in eligible wagers before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Slots may contribute differently from Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, or sportsbook wagers. Players must read the displayed Jujur4D promotion terms before accepting an offer.

Jujur4D may cancel bonus funds and related winnings where there is evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, opposite-side wagering, low-risk bonus manipulation, delayed-round abuse, prohibited game patterns, or other conduct intended primarily to defeat promotional rules.

Promotional eligibility is not guaranteed. Jujur4D may limit, withdraw, or replace a promotion, but changes will not unfairly alter wagering already completed under an accepted offer.

E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals may often be processed faster than traditional bank transfers, but no processing time is guaranteed. Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX, and other provider schedules may affect completion, particularly during maintenance periods or Malaysian public holidays.

Jujur4D may delay a withdrawal while completing KYC, checking wagering requirements, investigating suspected fraud, reviewing account ownership, or complying with a lawful obligation. A delay for legitimate verification does not remove the player's entitlement to verified funds.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

Players must use Jujur4D honestly and only for personal entertainment. The following activities are prohibited:

• Using stolen funds, unauthorised payment methods, chargeback abuse, or transactions linked to unlawful activity.

Jujur4D may investigate suspected breaches and temporarily restrict the affected account. Where a material breach is established, Jujur4D may void affected bets, remove improperly obtained benefits, close the account, and report relevant activity where required.

Responsible Gambling and Player Protection

Jujur4D is available only to players aged 21 and above. Gambling must be treated as paid entertainment and not as employment, investment, or a solution to financial difficulty. Players should set a budget before participating and should never use money reserved for rent, food, education, medical care, or household commitments.

Jujur4D may provide deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, account pauses, and self-exclusion. A player who requests self-exclusion must not attempt to open another account or regain access through altered personal details.

Service Availability and Technical Events

If a game or betting session is interrupted, the recorded outcome in the relevant Jujur4D system or supplier system will normally determine settlement. Where no valid outcome exists, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned.

Players are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, secure internet connection, and current browser. Jujur4D is not liable for missed betting opportunities caused solely by the player's equipment or connection.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jujur4D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, loss of anticipated winnings, reliance on statistics, personal betting decisions, or events beyond reasonable operational control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where Jujur4D is responsible for a confirmed account error, any remedy will be proportionate to the direct and verifiable loss caused by that error.

You agree to indemnify Jujur4D against reasonable losses and costs resulting from your fraud, material breach of these terms, misuse of another person's identity or payment instrument, or violation of applicable law.

Privacy, Records, and Communications

Jujur4D processes personal information for account administration, identity checks, security, payment processing, responsible gambling, service delivery, legal compliance, and other purposes described in the Jujur4D Privacy Policy.

Jujur4D may retain account, betting, game, payment, communication, device, and verification records for reasonable operational and compliance periods. Security logs and account history may be used to investigate disputes or prohibited conduct.

You may request account closure through Jujur4D support, subject to the settlement of pending bets, withdrawals, verification, and legitimate account reviews. Closure does not remove obligations arising before the closure date.

Jujur4D may suspend or close an account for eligibility failures, security concerns, prohibited conduct, legal requirements, or material breach. Verified withdrawable funds will be handled according to these terms unless they are subject to a lawful hold or confirmed fraud.

Complaints, Disputes, and Contact Us

Questions or complaints should be raised with Jujur4D support as soon as reasonably possible. Players should provide their username, the relevant transaction or bet reference, the date and time, the disputed MYR amount, and a clear description of the issue.
